2010
Creation of Cedrus & Partners, Financial Investment Advisory
Acquisition of a business fund dating back to 2004 by Christel Bapt and Benoit Magnier, comprising clients from associations, foundations, and corporates.
Advisory missions on the deployment of an SRI (Socially Responsible Investment) strategy for the largest French institutional investors.
2014
Launch of advisory services for single family offices
Family holdings with a financial asset exceeding 100M€.
2015
Established an investment team
Meeting 400-500 fund managers per year.
Investing hundreds of millions of euros in alternative assets yearly, half of them in the US.
Performing Due diligence on advised funds for clients.
2018
Launched an impact real estate fund
In partnership with Samu Social de Paris, Habitat et Humanisme, and the Abbé Pierre Foundation's solidarity real estate company.
2019
Launched a fund of funds for individual investors
Distributed through financial intermediaries
2020
NEW STATUS AS AN INVESTMENT COMPANY
Regulated by the ACPR-Banque de France and AMF.
Embarked on a European expansion.

Branch opening in Luxembourg:

Our Management Board is supported by a high-level team, led by Christel Bapt, co-founder of Cedrus & Partners.
The Supervisory Board is also composed by Benoit Magnier, co-founder of Cedrus & Partners, and three permanent or invited external advisors experts in the financial sector: Nicolas Cohen-Solal, partner at the consultancy firm Eight Advisory, Kamel Zeroual, co-founder of the Varsity fund, and Alexis Matheron, managing partner of the merchant bank Amala Partners.

With over €10 billion in advised assets, we have the responsibility to redirect our clients’ capital towards projects that finance the real economy and make sense. Our closeness to the nonprofit sector also leads us to connect the asset management sector with associations and foundations (impact range) to provide them with stable, long-term resources (Samu Social de Paris, Habitat et Humanisme, and the Abbé Pierre Foundation through their solidarity real estate company Solifap).
